SHIPPING & RETURNS

ONLINE RETURN POLICY  (domestic orders)

  • Discounted/Sale items are Final Sale. - No Returns or Exchanges. 
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • No credits will be issued.
  • Final sale items that are sent back will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
  • Items received outside the return/exchange window will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.

Returns

  • New, unworn, unwashed, full-priced items may be returned as detailed below, at no charge. 
  • Return Label must be requested within 5 days from the delivery date. 
  • Returned Items must be received within 10 days of the Return Label issue date.  

Exchanges are not valid for online orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY ( USA )

 • Standard Domestic Shipments are processed within 48 business hours and shipped via FedEx Ground.

• 2-Day Shipping orders must be placed before 2:00pm EST to be shipped the same business day.

• Overnight Shipping orders must be placed before 2:00pm EST to be shipped the same business day.

• Be sure to double-check the shipping address when checking out. If an incorrect address has been entered, the customer is responsible for re-routing; re-shipping the order.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

  • Intimates, swimwear, jewelry and discounted sale items are Final Sale.
  • Original receipt must be present​ or accessible through our system.​
