ONLINE RETURN POLICY (domestic orders)
Return shipping labels must be requested within 5 days of your order's delivery date. Returned items must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of your return label issue date. Exchanges are valid for 5 days after your order’s delivery. Exchanges can be made for the same value or more on any item on our shop and must be used within that same time frame. Credits will not be issued. Unworn, full price items can be returned for a refund provided the criteria outlined above is met. Discounted sale items are final sale. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY
New, unworn, unwashed merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. Original receipt must be present. Intimates, swimwear, jewelry and discounted sale items are final sale.
