Inspired by the tavernas of Aegean coastal towns, the original Mandolin Aegean Bistro was opened by Turkey-born Ahmet Erkaya and Greek-Canadian Anastasia Koustioukis in Miami in 2009. It was one of Nick Jones’ favorite places to east during the development of Soho Beach House, sowing the seeds of a happy partnership.

Anastasia Koutsioukis opened Mandolin Aegean Bistro in Miami with her husband in 2009. With a beautiful garden, homespun dishes and a fuss free ambiance it’s become a treasured hot spot with outposts in Soho Houses from London to Berlin and Istanbul. With Miami on our minds, Koutsioukis welcomes Lane Crawford into her home.
