A header here about quick entertaining.
3 cups of cooked chickpeas
2 tblsp of lemon juice
1/2 cup of tahini
1/2 tsp of cumin
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
6 whole garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350F and toss garlic in olive oil with salt. Bake garlic until tender (about 30 min)and remove from the oven. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve.
